      Our diverse Spongolit® portfolio offers a wide variety of solutions

      Spongolit® 283 is a highly flexible and universally applicable product providing elastic and uniform crumb structures.Your best options for sponge cakes are Spongolit® 455 or the soy protein-based variant Spongolit® 450 and its kosher version Spongolit® 400 CK, achieving the highest cake volumes and fine and fluffy crumb structures.

      Cakes containing fat, such as muffins or pound cakes, will become even more delicious after applying Spongolit® 542 for a soft and elastic texture with a uniform and fine crumb structure. It is also well-suited to delicious sponge cakes and contributes to a lean portfolio due to its universal properties.

      Spongolit® 550 creates a soft and tenderly melting crumb structure assuring excellent emulsification properties, especially for rich cakes. It shows a highly tolerant whipping profile for flexible production processes and is even suitable for vegan applications, since it is based on a soy carrier.

      The Spongolit® range is well-suited to all kinds of cakes, including those containing fat. It is also the ideal ingredient for a wide range of batter preparation applications, including cake mixes for home use, small bakeries, and large-scale cake manufacturing.
