Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is an essential micronutrient for all animals. It is required for energy production and metabolism. Ensuring that animals receive an adequate amount of riboflavin in their diet is important for maintaining their health, growth, and overall well-being.
BASF provides a high-quality vitamin B2 powder for use in vitamin blends, premixes and feeds. The flowability and mixing behavior of the product is excellent and ensures homogeneous mixing.

Vitamin B2 is necessary for maintaining body functions of all animal species. Thus, our Lutavit® B2 SG 80 covers all major species of livestock, companion animals as well as aquaculture.
Lutavit® B2 SG 80 is not substantially affected by air, but it is sensitive to alkaline substances, especially in the presence of oxygen. The product should be protected from light and atmospheric moisture.
Vitamin B2 occurs in a biologically highly active form. The product should be processed with all due care and attention to occupational hygiene following the instructions in the safety data sheet.
