We eat with our eyes. With our Lucantin® and Lucarotin® brands, we offer highly effective and efficient carotenoids for pigmenting your breakfast eggs, shrimp cocktail, or salmon filet for dinner.
When these additives are mixed with feed, they are absorbed by the animal and give the final product an attractive color. Animals cannot usually synthesize carotenoids themselves, so they need to receive them in their diet.

Lucantin® CX 10% NXT
With a mix of Lucantin® Yellow 10% NXT, Lucantin® CX 10% NXT can be used in poultry for the color of egg yolks. Any egg yolk color between light pastel yellow and dark orange is possible.
Lucantin® Pink CWD / NXT
Fish, like salmon, trout and crustaceans, for example, use red carotenoid pigments for camouflage and communication. Fish lovers prefer their favorite food colored a delicious pink. Lucantin® Pink is the most efficient way to achieve perfect pigmentation in aquaculture.
Lucantin® Red 10% NXT
With Lucantin® Red 10% NXT, farmers can easily adjust broiler skin to market demands.
Lucantin® Yellow 10% NXT
With Lucantin® Yellow 10% NXT any egg yolk color between light pastel yellow and dark orange is possible.
Lucarotin® 10% Feed NXT
Beta-carotene has a positive effect on the fertility of male and female cattle. Comparable investigations exist for other animal species such as sows and breeding mares. Positive effects on the immune system and defense against infectious diseases in young animals were also observed. In addition, beta-carotene has also antioxidant properties.
