In the Virtual Assistants, you automatically received email notifications when documents you had previously downloaded were updated.
In myBASFWorld, these emails are only sent if you actively give your consent.
Without this consent, you will no longer receive document notification emails.
How to give consent to keep receiving document notification emails:
- Log in to myBASFWorld
- Click on your name and select Settings
- Scroll down to Document updates
- Activate the options according to your preference
