Vitamin K1 is found in green leafy vegetables such as broccoli, spinach and salad. It is a fat-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in the development of healthy bones and teeth, as well as in blood clotting.

Applications

Our vitamin K1 is suitable for use in dietary supplements and functional foods, including infant nutrition.

For dietary supplements, vitamin K1 can be used in solid products containing vitamin K1 as the sole active ingredient, or in multivitamin and mineral preparations. Applications include tablets, sugar-coated tablets, instant drink granules, effervescent tablets and hard gelatin capsules.

For functional nutrition, vitamin K1 is mainly used in the enrichment of food products for babies and children, dietetic products, instant drink powders, dried milk, and multivitamin fruit juices and multivitamin gummies.
