We provide whipping agents (Lamequick®) that help our customers to produce creamy desserts with superior melting properties, excellent stability and texture as well as a pleasant mouthfeel and taste. Moreover, we offer single emulsifiers (e.g. Lamemul®, Lamegin® and Nutrisoft®) and fat powders (Cegepal®) to improve the texture and taste of desserts. Carotenoids (e g. Lucarotin®), vitamins, nature-identical lycopene (LycoVit®) and plant sterols (Vegapure®) are used for the fortification of desserts.
